This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Registration fees: Early bird pricing of $145 until February 29.
After February 29, price increases to $170.
No code is needed. Discount will reflect in your cart.

K-8th Grade teams practice one night a week - M-Th evenings. Teams are formed based on practice night availability which is indicated within the registration page. Please be sure of your availability when you register. If that changes after you register, please notify us ASAP as we can make modifications to availability selected up until rosters are announced. We are not able to make any changes to rosters once they are announced. Rosters will be locked once they are public. No exceptions.
Weekly practices will start the week of April 22 (weather permitting)
Due to large number of the program, we are not able to honor buddy requests, unless you are a Volunteer Coach. Volunteer Coaches may request a Co-Coach/Player Buddy.
For K-8 we will combine age groups as needed (ex: 2nd and 3rd grade grouped together, 4th and 5th grade & 6-8th grade are grouped together)
If numbers are low, we will create co-ed teams. (Most likely at 4th-8th grade)

**Use the school grade that your player(s) are enrolled currently. **
Refunds may be given under the following circumstances ONLY: If PLSC cannot place prospective player on a team. There will be a processing fee deducted from the refund.
No refunds will be given after rosters are announced.
